A better starting point

“The problem isn't that your family isn't trying hard enough.”

When we understand what a nervous system is communicating, we can stop fighting the surface and start supporting the need underneath.

The TLC approach

01

Understand

We look beneath the behavior, identify patterns, and make the confusing parts finally make sense.

02

Choose

We match tools to your actual child, nervous system, values, and family—not an imaginary perfect household.

03

Practice

We start small, notice what helps, and adjust without shame. Progress gets to be human here.

What support
should feel like

01

Shame-free

Curiosity over criticism. Always.

02

Evidence-informed

Sound ideas, translated into real life.

03

Actually doable

Small steps that work on messy days, too.

Meet the founder

Hi, I'm Kailey.

I've lived on every side of neurodivergence—as a neurodivergent adult, a parent, a coach, and a behavior-support professional.

True Light Collective grew from one stubborn belief: families deserve support that sees the whole person, not just the hardest moment. I blend practical behavior knowledge, coaching, and lived experience to help families find strategies that feel respectful, realistic, and sustainable.

Good questions welcome

A little clarity
before we begin.

Is TLC therapy or medical treatment?+

No. TLC provides coaching, education, and practical resources. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace care from a licensed medical or mental-health professional.

Does my child need a formal diagnosis?+

No. You can seek support based on the challenges your family is experiencing, whether you have a diagnosis, are exploring one, or simply need a better-fit approach.

Will you tell me how to parent?+

No parenting report cards here. We collaborate, explore what is happening, and build options that fit your family's needs and values.

Who is this support for?+

TLC supports parents of neurodivergent children, neurodivergent adults, and families seeking compassionate, evidence-informed tools for everyday life.
