A better starting point
“The problem isn't that your family isn't trying hard enough.”
When we understand what a nervous system is communicating, we can stop fighting the surface and start supporting the need underneath.
The TLC approach
We look beneath the behavior, identify patterns, and make the confusing parts finally make sense.
We match tools to your actual child, nervous system, values, and family—not an imaginary perfect household.
We start small, notice what helps, and adjust without shame. Progress gets to be human here.
What support

Curiosity over criticism. Always.
Sound ideas, translated into real life.
Small steps that work on messy days, too.

Ask about this guideMeet the founder
I've lived on every side of neurodivergence—as a neurodivergent adult, a parent, a coach, and a behavior-support professional.
True Light Collective grew from one stubborn belief: families deserve support that sees the whole person, not just the hardest moment. I blend practical behavior knowledge, coaching, and lived experience to help families find strategies that feel respectful, realistic, and sustainable.
Good questions welcome
